This movie was watched on Tuesday February 25th 2025
As I am a huge fan of The Lord of the Rings I wanted to give this series a shot.
I would just like to start off this review by saying that this movie is aesthetically and amazingly beautifully shot.
Martin Freeman does an amazing job playing Bilbo Baggins. And Ian McKellen as Gandalf is just perfect.
I really enjoyed the comedy bits in the movie A few of them gave me a good chuckle.
All of the costumes for everyone are also amazing.
The fight scenes are amazing as usual I enjoyed every single one of them.
I do feel like the movie did go on a little too long I feel like you could have cut out like 30 to 45 minutes of the movie and at that point the movie would have been a perfect length.
I really enjoyed the movie and I would probably give it about an 8 out of 10 and I cannot wait to watch the next one in the series.
